Out of hours

When the practice is closed, a recorded message will give you the option of calling NHS 111 to speak to the Out of Hours provider for emergency treatment or advice which is commissioned by The CCG.

NHS Direct

You can phone 111 if you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency. Highly trained advisors will assess your needs and offer advice on what you should do.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
