Request Telephone Advice

Please ensure we have your correct details and that you keep the telephone line free.

If you need telephone advice from the Doctor or Nurse please contact reception on 0207 7042832. The receptionist will take a message and you will be called back within the following time frames: 

• urgent calls/telephone consultations will be returned by the duty doctor during that morning or afternoon session.   
• Routine calls to individual GPs will be returned within five working days.
