We have a dedicated team of nurses, nurse associates and healthcare assistants who offer the following services.
Our nursing team offer the following services:
Childhood Immunisations:
Please contact the surgery to check if your child is up to date with their immunisations.
We encourage all parents to ensure that your child(ren) remain up to date with their vaccinations.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding immunisations, our nursing team are happy to discuss.
Adult Vaccinations
Flu (Influenza):
We have an active flu campaign which starts around September when we offer immunisation to patients over 65 or those in the 'at-risk' groups.
Pneumonia vaccinations
We offer the pneumonia vaccination to all patients over 65 or those in the 'at-risk' groups.
Shingles
We offer shingles vaccination if you are aged 70 or 78 years old.
Travel Vaccinations
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required. Please fill in the following online E-consultation form in preparation for the appointment.

Well Women Clinic (WWC)
We run a weekly ‘Well Woman Clinic’ by appointment only on Tuesday afternoon but if you would prefer an appointment to discuss any women’s health issues at another time please contact reception who can book you in to alternative timeslot.
Please contact our care navigators or complete an eConsultation to book an appointment for the WWC clinic. We offer the following services:
- Cervical screening
- Contraception
- Sexual Health
- HRT
Cervical screening
You are encouraged to have regular cervical screening tests between the ages of 25 and 64 years. The NHS cervical screening programme aims to prevent cancer by detecting abnormal cells early.
Please contact our care navigators to book a routine smear test appointment.
We offer bookable slots on Tuesday afternoons in our well woman clinic between 4 to 7pm.
If you cannot attend any of the available appointments on a Tuesday then the nurse will offer you an appointment outside of these times.
You can also book an out of hours smear appointment at the iHub service (please contact our care navigators for further information).
Contraception
If you would like a repeat prescription of your method of contraception or would like to start a contraceptive method please fill in an online ‘E-consultation’ form and this will help the clinician to deal with your request quickly and efficiently. Please see the following links:
Please be aware that you may be required to provide an up to date blood pressure reading and weight for it to be issued.
We do not offer contraceptive implant fitting or removal. If you would like further information about methods of contraception and sexual health screening please visit Sexual Health London.
Emergency contraception (morning after pill)
This is available from the practice whenever we are open. Please contact the care navigators if you think you need emergency contraception. You can also search for the nearest clinic who will be able to offer your emergency contraception.
Sexual health screening (STI check)
If you think you may have an STI or would like to be screened please visit Sexual Health London (SHL) who can send you a free home STI testing kit.
If you have immediate concerns please contact the surgery for medical advice.
IUDs (Coils)
We offer a limited number of coil fitting appointments each month to a selected group of patients. However, you can book an appointment to have your coil checked with a nurse / doctor or discuss any coil issues.
If you would like to fit, exchange or remove a contraceptive coil, please contact Central & North West London Sexual Health Service in London on 020 3317 5252 to book a telephone appointment with a clinician who will discuss this further with you.
Central & North West London also offer coils for emergency contraception and sexual health screening. Please visit their website for further information
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
For women who would like to discuss starting HRT: we have a two part process. Please call our care navigators to arrange an appointment.
For women who are already on HRT and would like a repeat prescription or you are due your annual review then please contact us online
For any other women’s health problem, please fill in a general online consultation so we can direct your request to the appropriate clinician.
NHS Health Checks & "High Risk" Reviews
We usually offer 5-yearly NHS Health Checks to all patients aged 40 to 74 years.
These checks can identify patients who might be at higher risk of heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and kidney problems so that we can offer early preventative advice. Please book an appointment with our nurse associate or healthcare assistant for this.
We also offer annual High Risk of Diabetes & High Risk of Cardiovascular Disease Reviews also with the Health Care Assistant to any patients identified as potentially benefitting from regular checks.
All patients over the age of 75 years are invited to attend an Over 75 Health Check with the nurse or HCA every 2 years. This gives you an opportunity to consider your general health and wellbeing.
Smoking Cessation
We can help patients stop smoking through a dedicated program. Please make an appointment with reception.
