Tom joined the practice in May 2024 as a clinical pharmacist.

He graduated from Cardiff University in 2020, and has previous experience working as a pharmacist in both a community and hospital setting. Currently, Tom supports patients with various long-term conditions, and helps them manage their medications through regular reviews.
